Morgan Stanley is seeking a Power Platform Developer (Associate) to join its Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) team in Bengaluru. This team focuses on building, scaling, and optimizing the Power Platform as adoption grows across the organization.

About the Team:

ETS delivers technology services that support all business applications and end users, enabling productive software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. The team ensures seamless integration across desktop, cloud, network, and database infrastructure to maximize developer productivity.

Role Overview:

As a Power Platform Developer, you will contribute to initiatives improving productivity, building platforms for enterprise transformation, and enhancing Power Platform components. The role requires hands-on development expertise, technical leadership, and experience implementing scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and design platforms for transformation across the firm.
  • Develop solutions and self-service tools within the Power Platform framework.
  • Work on all components of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, Chatbots, and Power BI integration.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and utilize test-driven frameworks.
  • Design and integrate applications with public cloud infrastructure (Azure SaaS/PaaS).
  • Create technical architecture documentation and enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Collaborate in Agile and DevOps environments to deploy large-scale solutions efficiently.

Key Technical Skills:

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, Chatbots), Power BI, Azure SaaS/PaaS, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, Cloud Integration, Application Architecture

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.
  • Strong development and programming skills within Power Platform.
  • Experience in cloud-based architecture and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to design scalable systems and provide technical leadership.
